From what I remember, there is a small one at one corner of the lake. The lake is surrounded by 4 streets. Think of it as the lake sitting in the middle of a square. There is street parking all around the lake. There may or may not be parking meters.

Can I get from international drive to lake Eola by public transport ?

Yes, if you take any bus that says Lynxx downtown station and then you can walk a few blocks and it's not far from the bus station.

It's a small park and not suitable for biking. Biking is prohibited and limited to walking on the sidewalks.
