This tour is only offered in Spanish and you get to view inside of the entire castle. It is quite informative and the gardens are very pretty. You get an amazing view of the mountains and Medellin.Full review by Becst8

This was a very informative site and the castle was very well kept. We learned a lot about how the owners lived and I highly recommend this site.Full review by Richmaz38
Arthur, your comment "egregious proofs of old money in the hands of those who never had to work for" shows you never learned the importance to the city of Medellin and Colombia of the the owner, entrepreneur and philanthropist of this Castillo. The Echavearria family were the founders of the most important and one of the largest textile factories in South America.
