Two crab pots await your bait, chicken quarters from the grocery store work fine, and soon you will have your fresh caught dinner as well. Fast internet will keep you in touch with the world you have left behind, and three wide-screen TVs are available for your relaxation. Toney's Landing is named for a bootlegger who ran moonshine from Virginia boats up to his customers on Capitol Hill during Prohibition and even today; you can venture out to legal wineries and distilleries in the area or take a 20-minute trip to Solomon's Island or down to St. Mary's City and Point Lookout.
