A major internet outage hit Google, Spotify, Twitch, and more on June 12, causing global chaos as users faced massive service disruptions and downtime.

The Cloudflare status page says that a "broad" outage is impacting variety of services, which follows the trend of user reports sent to DownDectector. The San Francisco-based company said it was looking into the outage at 1:19 p.m. Central Time with updates stating the investigation into the authentication failures continues.
