PITTSBURGH -- Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is not a fan of the Acrisure Stadium playing surface. The surface saw multiple players slip, including Steelers kicker Chris Boswell, who fell down on his final field goal attempt of the game. Luckily, he did not get injured.
The Acrisure Stadium natural surface appeared more worn than normal during and after Sunday’s Pittsburgh Steelers game against the Cleveland Browns. The field conditions certainly led to a missed Steelers field goal and perhaps might have contributed to a non-contact injury suffered by a Steelers captain.
Steelers kicker Chris Boswell avoided a serious injury on a field goal try when he lost his footing on the terrible field at Acrisure.
