Buffalo Bills running back James Cook is participating in practice on Tuesday for the first time since he informed the team of plans to sit out as part of a "business" decision tied to his expiring contract.

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen reacted to running back James Cook's return to training camp on Tuesday morning.

In terms of general manager Brandon Beane, he spoke earlier in the week and admitted the team was surprised at Cook's hold out after he did appear at practices early on in camp. Even so, Beane still said communication is happening.
