Another day, another win-or-go-home Game 5 in the 2025 MLB playoffs! With the American League Division Series decided in an epic finale, the National League Division Series between the Chicago Cubs and the Milwaukee Brewers comes down to one last meeting tonight at American Family Field.

But the Chicago Cubs handled Milwaukee on Oct. 9, pitching a shutout and forcing a decisive fifth and final game Oct. 11 at American Family Field with the 6-0 outcome.

The Cubs defeated the Brewers 6-0 Thursday, with Daniel Palencia getting the win (1.1 IP, 0 R, 1 H, 0 K) and Kyle Tucker leading the way offensively (going 2 for 3 with a home run and an RBI).
