KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A serial robber who targeted multiple metro area banks with handwritten notes is now off the streets after federal agents made an arrest. The Federal Bureau of Investigation says that Weston R. Womack, of Kansas City, was arrested on Thursday, Oct. 23, after multiple metro-area bank robberies.
