Rescuers in northwest Pakistan have pulled 63 more bodies from homes destroyed by landslides and flash floods.

BUNER, Pakistan (AP) — Pakistani officials say recent rain-related incidents have killed at least 220 people in a northwest district. Rescuers pulled out 63 more bodies overnight Friday from homes in Buner devastated by flash floods and landslides.

The country has endured heavier rain during monsoon seasons, which scientists have attributed to climate change. The authorities said that at least 194 people died on Friday.
