A lawyer in Portland, Oregon, says he is representing a U.S. citizen who was detained and held at the city's U.S.

It happened last week – at 10:57 p.m. on Oct. 2 – as people were peacefully protesting on the sidewalk in front of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement field office, said the man in the frog suit, Seth Todd, 24, of Portland.

The agency’s post may have unintentionally revealed the limited enthusiasm for its operations in the city and challenged Trump’s narrative.

Throughout the morning and afternoon on Wednesday, a handful of protesters held signs on the corner of Bancroft and Macadam.
