Google is preparing to put the lock screen clock in the notifications panel. Here's an early look at this feature in Android 16 Beta 3.

Go to Settings . Scroll down and tap Notifications on lock screen . Choose Hide silent conversations and notifications to see alerts on the lock screen. You can turn off the Sensitive notifications toggle on the Notifications page if you don’t want the phone to display sensitive information when the device is locked.

Google dropped the feature nearly 11 years ago, but Apple recently brought it back into the spotlight with its own version.
