A northern Michigan woman was recognized Thursday night for her diehard support of the Detroit Lions. Megan Stefanski, from Goetzville, won the 2024 NFL Fan of the Year at the league's award ceremony Thursday night.

The Lions selected Stefanski as their 2024 Fan of the Year, a recognition that quickly made her one of the most popular figures within the fanbase. Her calendar filled up with commitments, from meet-and-greets to hosting tailgates with fellow Lions superfans, including Chef Geech.

Twenty-four hours after formally receiving her honor, FOX 2 caught up with Megan Stefanski somewhere in downtown New Orleans.
