Border Patrol Agents in El Paso apprehended five undocumented migrants who where discovered hiding in a backyard.

Manuel Perez Jr. conspired with those he should have been arresting in a drug and human-smuggling operation from late 2023 until he was busted this month.

According to a social media post by the 27th Chief of the U.S. Border Patrol, Michael W. Banks, they dismantled the operation by arresting four smugglers and apprehending eight undocumented migrants, some from Mexico and others from Ecuador and Guatemala.
