US Navy takes delivery of new Virginia-class submarine USS Idaho
The submarine and crew will complete further tests and trials before commissioning, which is expected in early 2026.
The future USS Idaho, built by CT-based Electric Boat, is expected to be commissioned into active service in the spring by the Navy.
