West End actor Ben Lewis, known for starring in The Phantom of the Opera, has died of bowel cancer. He was 46. Lewis's death was announced on Instagram on Monday, Oct. 6 by his friend and Australian TV host Todd Woodbridge, who described Lewis as "one of the greats."
