A weak weather system is expected to bring rain to the Valley starting Sunday afternoon and continuing into Monday.

A sunny and dry Tuesday in the Valley with a high in the low-100s. The high temperature in Phoenix on Sept. 23 will be about 102 degrees. Storms are back in the forecast beginning Thursday afternoon.
