Alaska Airlines (NYSE:ALK) flight attendants represented by the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA formally approved a new contract on Friday. The union said the contract was approved by 95% of the voting members.

The move concludes more than two years of negotiations and sets the stage for more bargaining with Alaska and Hawaiian flight attendants later this year.
