SaferWatch, a public information app used by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, is currently down due to a glitch in the system.

SaferWatch said it suffered a glitch that may have exposed user phone numbers, email addresses, and other private information in Clay County.

Clay County's SaferWatch app is down after an apparent hack or glitch, according to Clay County Sheriff Michelle Cook. She stated on social media around 11:30 a.m. that there is no need to call 911 or the sheriff's office about the app being down and the agency is aware of the issue.
