The Suns may trade Kevin Durant for a dynamic duo that could dramatically improve their defense and bring balance to their roster.

"It’s just such a big change, and I’ve been through it before,” the NBA star noted while appearing on Draymond Green and Baron Davis' podcast

There's an expectation Phoenix will trade Durant this summer and Minnesota will want to be part of that conversation.

Kevin Durant sounded off on why he nixed a trade to the Warriors at the NBA trade deadline. On “The Draymond Green Show with Baron Davis,” the Suns star said any deal away from Phoenix would have been too complicated for his taste.

Durant wanted to see the season through with the Suns, and from a practical standpoint, he wasn't interested in moving midseason.

During a recent appearance on Draymond Green's podcast, Durant offered an involved explanation that may leave the door open for a reunion in the future.
