Three people have been shot, and one of them has died after an altercation at a northwest Houston apartment complex, according to police.

HPD said 61-year-old Lilia Vazquez was jogging in southwest Houston around 6:20 a.m. on December 13 when a dark-colored truck hauling plywood hit and killed her. Investigators said the truck and Vazquez were headed westbound on Westpark Drive between Fondren Road and Gessner Road when the crash happened.
