Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on Tuesday said actions taken by President Donald Trump soon after his inauguration show the methods he will employ to advance the interests of the US.
Lavrov, according to a statement released by his office, said Russia “has always valued and continues to value fraternal ties with the Armenian people, with Armenia.”
Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will pay a working visit to Moscow on January 21, his ministry reports. During the visit, he is scheduled to meet with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov. The meeting will conclude with a joint press conference by the two ministers.
