The Fresno State Bulldogs face off with the Colorado State Rams tonight in this Week 7 clash of Mountain West Conference foes.

Evidently, the Bulldogs (5-1, 2-0 Mountain West) have hit their stride since a season-opening loss at Kansas. Their last two wins — 20-17 over Nevada and 23-21 at Hawaii — have been close calls. Still, Fresno State can clinch bowl eligibility for a fifth consecutive season with a win over the Rams.

Colorado football faces No. 21 Iowa State this weekend, and both programs have a long list of injuries heading into the matchup.

The Cyclones are coming off their first loss of the season after traveling to Cincinnati and falling 38-30, despite a late comeback attempt. Iowa State is still in the thick of the Big 12 championship race, however, and will look to get back on track against the Buffaloes.

Iowa State is a 2.5-point favorite, according to FanDuel Sportsbook. The total is set at 51.5 points.
