According to a new report, one of MLB’s seven managerial vacancies is about to be filled by a legendary power hitter.

Albert Pujols interviewed for the Los Angeles Angels' vacant managerial job on Friday, according to multiple media reports.

Pujols, who is considered one of the top candidates for the opening, had an interview with GM Perry Minasian on Thursday. Torii Hunter is also expected to be a candidate.
