Karen Read case worlds collided in Norfolk Superior Court when activist blogger Aidan “Turtleboy” Kearney joined the accused at the defense table as the prosecution sought data from his phone.

Judge Adam L. Sisitsky ordered the prosecutor in Aidan Kearney’s case to give his counterparts in the Read matter all data concerning communications between Kearney and several Read witnesses.

A Norfolk Superior Court justice ruled that data on the blogger's phones could be introduced into the evidence in the murder case.
