Michael Conway has not been seen since telling his wife he was going to Home Depot on the night of Oct. 8. His abandoned car was found a day later.

A 17-year-old male is behind bars for his alleged role in the Sept. 7 shooting in The Flats, after he was arrested Thursday night following a chase with Cleveland Police and state troopers.

Cleveland police say a 16-year-old boy killed and a 14-year-old boy was wounded in a shooting at the Garden Valley apartments.
