Tom Thibodeau’s New York Knicks have been a difficult team to figure out so far in 2024-25. During some stretches, they appear ready to beat anyone in the league on their way to a title.

The New York Knicks have been on an absolute tear of late, most recently beating the Denver Nuggets 122-112. Their win over Denver marks their fifth-straight victory, and they’ve won those five games by a combined total of 83 points.

New York doesn’t have to do anything between now and the trade deadline to reach its goals. The Knicks have been fine with the roster as is. With that said, the sense around the league is that the Knicks will do something minor in order to bolster their bench, whether sooner by getting a player back in a trade or later in the buyout market.
