The women's college basketball transfer portal opened one week later than it did last year, but that hasn't curtailed the activity. Since it opened March 24, more than 1,200 players have entered. Just over 100 have already committed to new schools, but with the portal open for another three weeks much more activity is expected.

LSU women's basketball landed its first transfer of portal season, signing an impact transfer with multiple years of eligibility left.

Pete Nakos of On3 reported on Sunday that LSU transfer guard Vyctorius Miller has committed to Oklahoma State. It had been reported that Miller was a transfer portal target of the Spartans, one of the few we've heard of since the portal opened this offseason.

Florida State's women's basketball's second all-time leading scorer, Ta'Niya Latson, announced on her Instagram page that she committed to South Carolina on Tuesday. Latson is coming off an All-American junior season in which she led the country in scoring with an average of 25.

Days after losing in the NCAA tournament national championship game, South Carolina is adding a major scorer to its roster. Ta'Niya Latson, who led the nation averaging 25.2 points per game, is leaving Florida State after entering the transfer portal in late March.
