A U.S. Border Patrol agent pleaded guilty in federal court to having told multiple women to expose their breasts during interviews to enter the country.

Shane Millan, after ordering a female migrant to expose herself, allegedly told her, “Welcome to the U.S.A.” A former U.S. Border Patrol agent has pleaded guilty to abusing his power to force female migrants to show him their breasts before letting them into the country.
