You could easily spend hundreds of hours on a single playthrough for the past few RPG-oriented titles in the Assassin’s Creed series, those being Origins, Odyssey, and Valhalla. It’s been a a bit too much for those with too little free time to invest in such a sprawling storyline with dozens of objectives and other side content.

Ubisoft's decision to delay Assassin's Creed Shadows appears to have paid off, as the Japanese themed entry hits a major sales milestone within 24 hours.
