Gov. Glenn Youngkin served as the keynote speaker at the Virginia Fallen Firefighters and EMS Memorial Service at the Richmond Raceway Complex on Saturday.

More than 240 veterans gathered at the Virginia War Memorial for the Legacy Ruck and Roll event, a 3-mile walk honoring fallen service members and supporting military families.
