Single Batch: 4 apples peeled, cored, and chopped 3/4 cups of water 1/4 cup of white sugar 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon (I measure with my heart) -Combine all ingredients and cook covered over medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Stirring occasionally - let cool and then mash until desired consistency - store and enjoy in an airtight container for 7-10 days in the fridge! (I use mason jars)
