Strawberry Rhubarb Pie 3 cups fresh rhubarb, cut in 1/2 inch pieces 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries 1 & 1/2 cups sugar 3 Tbsp quick cooking Tapioca Butter pats on top of fruits Preheat oven to 375 degrees Mix together and place in prepared pie shell, dot with a few butter pats & cover with top crust.
